The March Spring Cleaning Challenge is a 4-week structured fat loss challenge designed to help you build consistency, improve body composition, and reset your habits heading into spring.

This is not 1:1 coaching. It is a guided group challenge with structure, accountability, and a competitive element.

What is included:

• Personalized macro targets based on start weight
• Flexible nutrition guidelines (no strict meal plans)
• 3, 4, 5, or 6 day training program options
• Progressive overload structure with rep ranges, tempo, and RIR guidance
• Structured cardio + step protocol
• Weekly check-in form
• Weekly group Zoom call (Q&A + troubleshooting)
• Private Instagram broadcast channel
• Separate men’s and women’s challenge

Scoring System

Winner will be determined using a weighted scoring system:

• Body fat percentage change (InBody scan): 50% of score
• Scale weight change: 30% of score
• Visual progress photos: 20% of score

Participants must complete an InBody scan within the designated start and end windows. These can be done for free at many gyms and nutrition stores.

• Individuals with at least basic gym experience
• Those ready to track food consistently
• People willing to follow structure for 4 weeks

This Challenge Is Not For:
• Individuals with medical conditions requiring supervision
• Anyone looking for a crash diet or extreme protocol

All InBody Scans must be taken NO EARLIER than 02/22/2026 and NO LATER than 02/25/2026. Results must be emailed to me NO LATER than 02/25/2026.
